Christmas Deliveries Christmas is a busy time so to avoid disappointment, we suggest you place your orders early. However, every attempt will be made to ensure deliveries are made on time.
Returns Policy Service at Coconoir begins the moment you place your order. If for some reason, you are not completely satisfied with either our product or service, simply return the gift to us immediately, for a courteous replacement, exchange or refund.
Please note, that we are unable to refund you the postage cost in returning the goods to us.
Cancellation Policy Orders cancelled before dispatch will be refunded in full, less a $5 administration fee. Orders cancelled after dispatch or delivery will not be entitled to a refund.
