Coconoir maintains this website for your personal online gift shopping.  Please browse the website at your leisure and enjoy the variety of indulgences on offer.  Before doing so, please read the following terms and conditions as your use of the Website is subject to them as well as applicable laws and regulations.  Coconoir will  periodically revise the terms and conditions and therefore it would be wise to revisit this page as you will be bound by such revisions.

The information offered on this website is provided by Coconoir in good faith and to the best of its knowledge is current and accurate.

General Information

All stock is subject to availability.  In the event that a product is unavailable at the time of ordering, Coconoir reserves the right to substitute that item with an item of equal or greater value.

The products offered by Coconoir are only available to individuals who are legally able to enter binding contracts.

Delivery

Orders placed before 9.30am will be delivered the same day.  Orders placed after this time will be despatched the following business day. Orders placed over the weekend or public holidays will be processed the following business day.  Special deliveries can be organised in advance and will incur a delivery fee.

To ensure safe delivery of your chocolates, we recommend that you supply a business address for deliveries.  Please note that we are unable to accept a specified delivery time eg 10.00am.

If a receipient is unavailable to accept delivery and the courier deems it unsafe to leave the gift, you may incur a further delivery charge.  Coconoir will not accept liability for any loss or damage arising from items lost, stolen or damaged after delivery has been confirmed.  Late delivery will not constitute a failure of our agreement and not warrant a cancellation of the order.

In the instance that your gift has not arrived as per your request, please contact us and we will make every attempt to track your gift.  Although we use Australia post and independent couriers to deliver our products, delays can occur which are out of our control.  Therefore, we regret that delivery charges are non-refundable.
 

Correct Address/Postcodes

We will deliver to an address as provided by the customer.  Coconoir can not accept liability for late or failed delivery due to an incorrect address.
