What is the deadline for placing an order? Orders must be placed by 9.30am Monday – Friday for same day delivery, unless it is a public holiday or weekend in which case it will be delivered the next business day. Orders placed after this time will be despatched the following business day. Orders received on the weekend and public holidays will be processed the next business day. What are the normal delivery days and times? Delivery is Monday – Friday before 6.00pm. Where do you deliver? Currently Melbourne metro areas including Geelong and Ballarat. Unfortunately we do not despatch internationally. Do you deliver on the weekend or public holidays? Regretfully we are unable to deliver at the weekend or public holidays. How do I know if you have received my order? As soon as your order has been received online, an email will be sent confirming receipt of your order and payment. A customer service representative will contact you should there be any specific requirements that need to be met. What methods of payment are acceptable? Coconoir accepts Visa and MasterCard. Cheques, money orders, Internet transfer and direct deposit are also accepted. Can I give an exact time for delivery? Regretfully, we are unable to deliver at specific times. What delivery methods do you use? This will depend on the order placed. We use independent couriers as well as Australia Post. Can I make changes to my order? If your gift has not been despatched, we are happy for you to change your order. If you wish to redirect your gift to an alternative delivery address, a fee will be incurred. Please be advised that if delivery has already been made we are unable to redirect to the new delivery address. Changes to the delivery address may result in delivery being amended to the next business day. This is based on the time of day the change in delivery address was notified to our staff. Do you call the recipient prior to delivery? Regretfully, this is something that we are unable to do. What if the recipient is not in? If the recipient is not in, the courier will leave a calling card. A further delivery fee will be incurred to redeliver the gift. How should I store my chocolate? Chocolate is best stored between 10 -18 degrees Celsius. Chocolate is best stored in a cool dark cupboard away from any direct light source and strong odours. In extreme heat conditions, it can be stored in an airtight container or double wrapped and placed on the bottom shelf of the fridge. Allow the chocolate to return to normal room temperature before consuming. Can I send a personal message with my gift? Absolutely, this is a complimentary service that can be provided with all orders placed. Simply type in your message at the check out and a personal gift card with your message will be sent with your order. |
